Shipping Policy

Made-to-measure production

Every FAIZ BLINDS cellular blind is made to the measurements and options confirmed in your order. Production begins after the order has been accepted and the specification is complete. If we need to clarify a measurement, colour, rail finish, opening direction or installation detail, we will contact you before production continues.

Shipping cost

The DHL amount shown while you configure a blind is an estimate based on the destination, selected dimensions and estimated packed size and weight. Remote-area surcharges, import duties and taxes are not included unless expressly shown at checkout. Oversize orders may require split packing or an alternative tracked carrier.

If the final carrier cost differs materially from the estimate, we will contact you before dispatch. We will not apply an additional charge without your confirmation.

Dispatch and tracking

Your order is packed and dispatched after production to the confirmed specification. When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email used for the order. Carrier delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed dates; delays caused by customs, severe weather, remote-area handling or events outside our reasonable control may occur.

International orders

Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage fees or local charges not collected at checkout.

Delivery address

Please check the delivery name, address, phone and email before submitting your order. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed. An address cannot always be changed after production or dispatch, and carrier charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be payable by the customer.

Damage, loss or delivery problems

Inspect the package and product promptly. If an order arrives damaged, is missing an item or does not match the confirmed specification, contact us as soon as reasonably possible with the order number and clear photographs. We will arrange an appropriate remedy in line with our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
